Psychology of conflicts




The conflict is one the major social phenomena, constantly arising between good friends and enemies, between husband and wife, between parents and children, between different groups of people. The conflict is more or less expressed struggle between two or more parties that have conflicting provisions, performance targets, or resisting aggression in its values.

Often conflicts are caused by emotional stress harms mental and physical health of personality, destroys the common interests groups , undermine their productivity. Coflicts often arise within the family affects children and it is a very high level stress , unpleasant memories which persist throghout life. The conflict has always caused intense emotional experiences.




Conflicts can be unilateral and bilateral. Unilateral conflict - a situation when a complaint is only one side, bilateral conflict - a situation when a complaints is two side.


One of the most common conflict causes - the inability to look at the situation in a flexible manner.


Ideal conflict resolution method is the solution through negotiations so that the routine of every day life, but also in difficult work environment.
